Job Summary: Driver / Mechanic

Key Responsibilities

• Transport MSF staff, patients, and materials safely, following all traffic laws and MSF security rules.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and basic repairs on all assigned vehicles.
• Conduct weekly check-ups and servicing of vehicles and generators according to MSF policies.
• Maintain accurate service records, logbooks, and maintenance logs.
• Monitor and coordinate major repairs with external workshops.
• Keep all vehicle documentation (registration, permits, etc.) up to date.
• Assist the Logistics Supervisor with daily vehicle movement planning and other administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Age: At least 18 years old.
• Education: Essential Class 8 Passed Certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• License: An essential light driving license is required.

Skills:

• Good knowledge of the work area and basic mechanic skills.
• An automobile certificate course is desirable.

Workplace & Compensation
