Key responsibilities
This role is more than daily operations; it’s about owning the branch’s business growth, risk posture, and customer experience end-to-end.
- Drive branch business growth across deposits, assets, and fee income; deliver quarterly and annual targets.
- Build and nurture client relationships across multiple segments; expand the quality and depth of the portfolio.
- Lead acquisition strategies and local market initiatives for both urban and rural catchments.
