Working as a Field Facilitator at JAGO NARI involves a blend of planning, on-the-ground implementation, and community engagement. • Project Planning (25%): Prepare weekly, fortnightly, and monthly plans to guide the implementation of project activities.

• Training and Capacity Building (20%): Organize sessions and provide technical assistance to community groups and stakeholders to enhance their capacity for community engagement and project participation.
• Supervision and Performance Monitoring (15%): Provide supportive supervision, coaching, and mentoring to community groups to help them achieve project goals.
• Partnership and Networking (5%): Build strong relationships with local government institutions (LGIs), community leaders, and various groups to ensure smooth project implementation.

Educational Requirements & Experience

To be eligible for this position, you must have:

• Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience: You should have 2–5 years of professional experience in the NGO sector, with a specific focus on gender, climate change, disaster risk reduction (DRR), or humanitarian crises.

Additional Requirements & Skills

The ideal candidate for this role will also possess a strong commitment to JAGO NARI’s policies on Zero Tolerance for sexual exploitation, abuse, and discrimination. You will also be responsible for following CARE Bangladesh’s safeguard policy.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary for the Field Facilitator position is BDT 27,083 per month, which includes all admissible benefits and insurance. The organization also offers yearly increments and other benefits in line with its policies.
