Key Responsibilities

As a Production Officer in our manufacturing facility, you will be crucial to our daily operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Working in one of our key production sections: soap, cosmetics, detergent, or panshed.
• Implementing and executing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans efficiently.
• Preparing comprehensive production reports and submitting them to senior management.
• Overseeing and supervising the maintenance and cleanliness of the production area.
• Monitoring and guiding workers and operators to ensure a smooth and effective production process.

Required Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified professional with a strong academic background and a hands-on approach.

• Education: A Master’s degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering from a reputed university or college is mandatory. Candidates with no third class/division in any examination are preferred.
• Experience: While not mandatory, prior experience in a cosmetics manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or consumer product company is considered an added advantage.
• Skills: Adequate knowledge of computer operations is required.
• Work Conditions: The incumbent must be willing to work shift duty as required by the production schedule.
