Required Qualifications for the Position

• Education: A minimum of a 4-year Honours or a Master’s degree from a reputed university.
• Academic Record: At least two First Divisions/Classes (or equivalent) in your academic career.
• CGPA: Must have a CGPA of $\ge$ 3.00 on a 5.00 scale for SSC/HSC and $\ge$ 3.00 on a 4.00 scale for Honours/Master’s.
• Ineligibility: Applicants with a third class/division at any stage of their academic career are ineligible.
• Nationality: Must be a Bangladeshi citizen.

Skills & Expertise

• Communication: Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali are essential for effective customer interaction.
• Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, which will be tested during the written test.
• Banking Knowledge: A solid grasp of basic banking knowledge and concepts.
