Key Responsibilities

This role is more than just selling products; it’s a chance to be at the forefront of the company’s growth and customer relations. You will be a key player in expanding the customer base, building long-term relationships, and analyzing market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

• Responsible for sales operation in assigned zone.
• Target oriented and ability to work under pressure.
• Drive new customer acquisition maintaining relationship with them.
• To build strong relationship and achieve monthly sales target.
• Closely monitor, analyze sales, market share trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports as required by management and maintain customer database.

Required Qualifications & Experience

While prior experience is not a must for this trainee position, candidates with a strong educational background and a proactive attitude will be given preference. The company is looking for individuals who are not only smart and energetic but also possess the discipline to manage a demanding workload and a team.

• Education: Graduation or Masters.
• Experience: Prior work experience is not required for this position, but candidates with experience in sales and marketing in a reputed company will get preference.
• Additional Requirements: Age 25 to 35 years. Female and candidates unwilling to ride a motorcycle are requested not to apply.

Skills & Expertise

This position requires a unique blend of personal and technical skills. Beyond being well-mannered and having a strong personality, you must also be proficient in key software and capable of analyzing data to inform strategic decisions. A valid driving license is a must.

• Capable to monitor & control team.
• Sound knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.
